I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room. The room was very big. The bed in the master bedroom was very big, and the other room had two single beds. One bathroom was very big. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was not much to eat near the hotel, so it was good to stay here, suitable for families who want to cook. There was only one supermarket, Big Save, nearby. But I had to ask not to stay on the first floor when I checked in. At first, I was given a first floor. Because the sound insulation in the room was too poor, I could hear the footsteps on the second floor very clearly. I didn't sleep well all night. I moved to the third floor, the highest floor. The swimming pool was not bad, and you can walk directly to the beach from there.

We stayed a week here as part of an exchange we did. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early. The spacious unit had the washer/dryer in the room and a balcony. The resort has a nice large pool, and fairly large size spa. There was a separate adult only spa in another part of the resort, which was nice. The resort has bbq grills throughout the complex and everything appeared to be well maintained (we saw the grills and pools being cleaned every single day). Parking was always available. There was a resort fee, which was kind of on the higher side, but more or less normal these days. There was pretty much no pressure to attend a "presentation" (concierge, asked, I declined and that was it).

Hi. Hilton honors member here and a consistent diamond status for 18 years now. First, don’t bother paying extra for the ocean view. There are homes being built that is blocking the property’s ocean view. So there is NO ocean view but a construction view. Second, diamond status is not recognized so don’t expect free breakfast. However, you’ll still earn points. Third, this property is outdated. They still have VHS and Blue-ray in the TV stand. Carpet is old, cabinets and bathrooms are old.

Hilton has really ruined this resort. We've been coming here for 18 years. First it was Embassy then Diamond and now Hilton. We saw it going downhill but this last stay was the worst. Not only are the rooms outdated but things didn't work. The worst was the air in the master bedroom. It was shaking all night long and made such a loud noise we couldn't sleep. The 2nd night we turned it off so we could sleep but then it was too hot. The same happened in the 2nd bedroom. The paint was chipping all over the resort-not just chipping but chunks missing. The screen door didn't work. The towel hut never had set hours so constantly had to walk to front desk to get clean towels. Even then, towels not cleaned but stained. Sadly we will never stay here again. We're now staying at the Grand Hyatt where the rooms, resort and service are top notch!
